Making oatmeal cookies

The boys and I made oatmeal raisin cookies this afternoon. They did such a great job helping and the cookies turned out so good.

Play Time

Sammy love!

Sammy is such a good little puppy. The boys all love him and he is quickly becoming apart of the family.

Payton is such a great teacher, he is always showing Noah how to be gentle and how to hold Sammy the "right" way.

Friends

Adie and Payton's first picture together right after Payton came home from the hospital. 2/21/06

September of 2005 Neil and I started going to Small group at Shadow Lake church. At that small group we meet Holli and Shawn. During that first night we found out that we had so much in common! For one Holli and I were both expecting our first babies and were only 3 weeks apart. We also found out we graduated the same year, both were the oldest of big families, and had gotten married the same year only a month apart! It was amazing everything we had in common. Over the past three years our friendship has grown so much. She has been an amazing friend to me, and always been there in any situation. I always knew I could count on her. Unfortunately they are military and will be moving this coming Friday:( I am so sad, but I know that even though miles will separate us our friendship will last. We have done so much over the past three years, weekly get togethers, zoo trips, children's museum, Pumpkin patch, play group, church, and so much more! Not only will I miss them, but Payton loves Adie!(Holli's little girl) Every time I say we are going to the zoo his first question is "Adie there?" He always talks about Adie and "her baby" (Holli's new baby Wesley) I am so happy that our children have had each other to play with and "grow up" with. I wish they could be here longer, but I also know that God has a plan and purpose for them moving.
**"For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:10-12
I know that no matter were they go God will bless them and take care of them. They are a wonderful family and their will be MANY people here in Omaha that will miss them!

Riding in style

Sammy went with us in the car today to run all our errands he had his own bed on the seat and came in with us in my purse! He never made a sound and slept most of the day. He is to stinkin cute!

Feeding Sammy

Payton was so helpful this morning feeding Sammy. He just laid there until he was all done. I am so proud of him for being so gentle and calm around Sammy or as Payton says "my dog".

New Puppy

Yesterday we got a new puppy from my grandma. He is so tiny and cute! We think we are going to name him Sammy, but not for sure yet. Payton and Noah love him! Payton is so gentle and loving to him, he likes to hold him and take him to his room to play. Noah tries to do everything his big brother does, but I have to really watch him, since he is not so good at being gentle, but he is getting better. The pictures show Sammy and his two brothers, they were all so cute it was hard to pick!
