Surprise Party

So my wonderful husband gave me a surprise party for my birthday this year. It was so sweet and he did a good job. I had NO idea! Our good friends Alex and Wendy and their son Baily, Katie, (Aaron was out of town), and Neil's parents were there.

Decorating the tree

We had fun decorating the tree. With only a couple broken ornaments, I would have to say is was a success!

Putting up the Christmas tree

We decided to put the tree up a little earlier this year, since we will be out of town the weekend after Thanksgiving. The boys were so "helpful"! It was fun and they think it is just the coolest thing to have a tree in the house. Payton keeps talking about "chischrismas" and when ever Noah sees Santa he has to tell us that he says "ho ho".

The amazing spiderman/fireman!

Payton is REALLY into dressing up! He always wants to put on all the outfits at once. This is one of his favorites. The only problem is he puts it on and then runs all over and after about five minutes he is so hot and sweaty that he has to take it all off. and then as soon as he cools off, he needs my help putting it all back on! But he has so much fun, and it is so funny to watch him. He is growing up so fast I don't want to blink, and miss anything!

SLCC Women's retreat

I was able to go on a women's retreat. It was lots of fun. This was my third year going. I always forget to take pictures, but at least I got two:) One of my "roomies" Gloria, Wendy, Katie, and me. It was fun and a relaxing time away for husbands and kids;)
