So this past week both Payton and Noah have been so sick. It is so frustrating because it feels like it is non-stop. If one is not sick then other one is and on and on! It makes me want to SCREAM!! I have always felt like nutrition plays a huge role in healthy living, and I think that it also plays a big role in staying healthy and not always getting sick. This past week I have been doing countless hours of research on that subject. I have been at a cross roads for a while about going organic (at least partially) and I have finally come to a decision. With lots of research I have found that with all the additives to milk, dairy, meats, eggs, and even fruits and veggies, it is no wonder we are always sick! I have found a few web sites that have great organic receipts and also that help you decided what are the top foods that you should change to organic and also ones that show how to go organic on a budget (something we need to do:) anyways I just want to share some of the information that I found. Wish me luck, it will take a while to change (because I do crave bad food from time to time ;)
Here are the sites I found:

Surprise Party
Putting up the Christmas tree
We decided to put the tree up a little earlier this year, since we will be out of town the weekend after Thanksgiving. The boys were so "helpful"! It was fun and they think it is just the coolest thing to have a tree in the house. Payton keeps talking about "chischrismas" and when ever Noah sees Santa he has to tell us that he says "ho ho".
